We hope you love your new Audley purchase; you have got very comfortable and unique designed shoes. However, if you are unhappy with these shoes for any reason like fitting or any other reason, you always have the chance to return or exchange them back to us. We are happy to refund or exchange because we work for your complete satisfaction.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Audley provides free shipping and return to their customers. Except cash on delivery.

Estimated delivery time (working days): 

- Spain: 24/48 working hours 
-  Canary Islands and United States: 78 hrs 
-  Europe: 4-5 working days 
- Others: From 5 to 7 working days

Delivery dates can be modifiein case of local or nationaholidays, special promotions or sales and transport circumstances.

The prices you can see on the web are final prices, with all charges and taxes included.

Audley Shoes is not responsible of the changes of the rates during the manteniance operations at the website www.audleyshoes.com .

Customers must check their correct delivery address. Audley Shoes has different rates for different countries so we do not accept orders confirmed with shipment to a different delivery address than the indicated at "Shipping data" or "Datos de envío" at the confirmation of the order. 

All special offers, promotions and discounts shall be valid from the date specified until the date specified, or until the products affected by these special conditions are sold out.



 

RETURN FREE*

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping, so the first return are also totally free of charge. There's nothing to pay. Second return, if necessary, would be at customer's expense.

*Audley reserves the right to cancel the free return term to customers with unusual behaviours (systematic and reiterated returns in a certain period). Customers will be expressly notified in their shipment confirmation email. 

 

 

YOUR FIRST CHANGE FREE

You can send back to us your Audley shoes up to 14 days from reception and we will exchange them, if you want, for a different size or different style without any extra payment from your side for the shipping and, of course, you also have the possibility for refund.

Second change, if necessary, would be at customer’s expense.

IT'S VERY EASY TO RETURN AN AUDLEY'S

Simply follow these quick and easy steps:

 

1. Pack the shoes into its original carton.

 

2. Send us an e-mail requesting to pick up the shoes. (customerservice@audley.es). We will send you the UPS sticker that you should put outside the cartoon, and we will send you the UPS telephone number where you must call to request the pick up of your package.

Right to cancellation

Under Article 44 of the Law regulating the Retail Trade, purchasers may cancel a contract within seven days of receiving the articles. The purchaser should inform the vendor of their decision to cancel the contract, and return the merchandise to the vendor in the same condition that it was received. The vendor should refund the sale price to the purchaser as soon as possible. Orders may not be cancelled, or goods returned, after the stipulated time periods have expired. The purchaser should inform the vendor of the cancellation by sending an email to customerservice@audley.es within the seven-day period given above.

Warranties

In compliance with the Law 23/2003 on the Sale of Consumer Goods and Guarantees, GALATEA 2017 S.L.. provides a general warranty for all the products that are the subject-matter of this contract against manufacturing defects, and non-compliance with product specifications, from the date of reception of the merchandise. In this case, the client is entitled to a free replacement of the product, or to cancel the contract. In order to claim the warranty, the client should contact. GALATEA 2017 S.L. by sending an email to customerservice@audley.es.

Cómo comprar en Audley Online Shop

Realizar una compra en nuestra tienda online es muy sencillo. Durante el proceso se te orienta sobre los pasos a seguir. No obstante, si tienes alguna duda durante el proceso puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros en:  customerservice@audley.es  o durante nuestro horario de Atención al Cliente (Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 14:00)  en el teléfono 966 98 13 00. 


Pasos a seguir en el proceso de compra:

1. ¿Eres usuario registrado? Si ya estás registrado puedes acceder en la parte superior derecha de la tienda. Si no eres usuario, puedes realizarlo desde Regístrate,  aunque no te preocupes, puedes dejarnos tus datos a lo largo de la compra.
 
2. Consulta nuestras diferentes secciones  y elige el modelo que más te guste. Puedes filtrar desde los iconos de la parte superior por talla, color, temporada… y así tu búsqueda será mucho más sencilla.  Una vez dentro del producto, clicando sobre las imágenes puedes ver las  fotografías en alta resolución desde las que puedes ver los zapatos con todo detalle. Una vez encuentres el modelo deseado, selecciona  la talla y pulsa el botón “Comprar”.

3. ¿Qué pasa si no encuentro tu talla? Si tu talla no está disponible puedes solicitarla y nosotros te avisamos si vuelve a estar disponible. Pincha en “No está mi talla”, déjanos tu talla y tu email. ¡Te avisaremos!

4. ¡Estás muy cerca de tus Audley!  Sólo tienes que completar tus datos, si no has accedido como usuario registrado,  y especificar una forma de pago.  Si has accedido como usuario de Audley con tu contraseña, sólo tienes que seleccionar tu dirección de envío (desde aquí tienes la opción de crear una nueva, por ejemplo para que te lo enviemos al trabajo), y una forma de pago.

Si necesitas hacer alguna observación sobre tu pedido, como un horario o fecha  específicos de entrega puedes dejarlo en el apartado observaciones.

Recuerda aceptar la Política de Privacidad para poder confirmar tu pedido.

En el lado derecho de la pantalla tienes el resumen de tu compra, para echarle un último vistazo antes de clicar en Finalizar Compra.

5. Ahora, dependiendo de la forma de pago elegida, serás redirigido a la plataforma segura de pago, ya sea del banco (tarjeta) o PayPal. Ingresa los datos que solicitan y confirma el pago.

En caso de haber seleccionado Contra Reembolso (sólo determinados países),  el pago se realizará cuando te llegue el paquete a casa (esta opción tiene un 5% de recargo). En caso de elegir transferencia bancaria,  en el último paso te proporcionaremos los datos bancarios para realizar la transferencia.  Una vez se vea reflejada la transferencia en nuestra cuenta bancaria, procederemos al envío de tu pedido.

6. Voilá, ya tienes Audley! En unos minutos te llegará un correo de confirmación con todos los datos de tu pedido.
