At Audley Shoes our customers’ satisfaction is the most important thing. Indeed!! 

We hope you love your new Audley purchase; you have got very comfortable and unique designed shoes. However, if you are unhappy with these shoes for any reason like fitting or any other reason, you always have the chance to return or exchange them back to us. We are happy to refund or exchange because we work for your complete satisfaction.



You can choose between different payment methods:

- Credit Card. The system is totally SECURE and the transaction is made directly with an encrypted platform of secure connection with the bank (No additional charge).

- PayPal (No additional charge).

- Bank transfer (No additional charge)

- Cash on delivery. Payment is made in cash to the courier company that delivers the order and carries a surcharge of 5% of the order amount in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and in the European orders with this option of payment (it is the transport agency that determines the countries in which it can be used).

- Scalapay (for European orders: Not all countries available): If you buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 instalments interest-free. You confirm that the instalments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, its related parties and their beneficiaries and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorise and consent to this sale and purchase.



Audley provides free shipping and return to their customers. 

Except for:

*Cash on delivery always applies a 5% of the amount of the product on orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and in Europe. 

Estimated delivery time (working days): 

- Spain: 1-2  working days
- Canary Islands and United States: 2-3 working days.
- Europe: 4-5 working days. 
- International: From 5 to 7 working days

Delivery dates can be modifiein case of local or nationaholidays, special promotions or sales and transport circumstances. 
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The prices you can see on the web are final prices, with all charges and taxes included.

*Prices may be slightly affected on orders depending on the payment method selected.

Audley Shoes is not responsible of the changes of the rates during the manteniance operations at the website .

Customers must check their correct delivery address. Audley Shoes has different rates for different countries so we do not accept orders confirmed with shipment to a different delivery address than the indicated at "Shipping data" or "Datos de envío" at the confirmation of the order. 

All special offers, promotions and discounts shall be valid from the date specified until the date specified, or until the products affected by these special conditions are sold out.



We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping, so the first return are also totally free of charge. There's nothing to pay. Second return, if necessary, would be at customer's expense:
-National orders (Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal): the amount to be deducted from the total refund of the shoes would be 4.99 euros by the same payment system of the order placed.

-International orders (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla included): the amount to be deducted from the total refund of the shoes would be 14.99 euros by the same payment system of the order placed.

*Audley reserves the right to cancel the free return term to customers with unusual behaviours (systematic and reiterated returns in a certain period). Customers will be expressly notified in their shipment confirmation email. 




You can send back to us your Audley shoes up to 14 days from reception and we will exchange them, if you want, for a different size or different style without any extra payment from your side for the shipping and, of course, you also have the possibility for refund.

Second change, if necessary, would be at customer’s expense.


Simply follow these quick and easy steps:


1. Pack the shoes into its original carton.


2. Send us an e-mail to customerservice@audley.e requesting to pick up the shoes with the reason for return. We can arrange an exchange of size or model if you wish.  

We will provide you with the Fedex or UPS return label to put on the outside of the package.

On the one hand, we can schedule a pick-up at your home address. On the other hand, you can drop off the package at a nearby drop-off point. Also, we will be able to provide you with the number of the agency to arrange a pick-up of your package.

Right to cancellation

Under Article 44 of the Law regulating the Retail Trade, purchasers may cancel a contract within fourteen days of receiving the articles. The purchaser should inform the vendor of their decision to cancel the contract, and return the merchandise to the vendor in the same condition that it was received. The vendor should refund the sale price to the purchaser within seven days. Orders may not be cancelled, or goods returned, after the stipulated time periods have expired. The purchaser should inform the vendor of the cancellation by sending an email to within the fourteen-day period given above.


In compliance with the Law 23/2003 on the Sale of Consumer Goods and Guarantees, SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. provides a general warranty for all the products that are the subject-matter of this contract against manufacturing defects, and non-compliance with product specifications, from the date of reception of the merchandise. In this case, the client is entitled to a free replacement of the product, or to cancel the contract. How to make a purchase in the Audley Online Shop

It’s simple and easy to make a purchase in our online shop. Throughout the process, you’ll be guided on the steps to follow. Nevertheless, if you have any questions during the process, you can get in touch at:  or by phone during our Customer Service hours (Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00) at 621 051 715.

Steps to follow when making a purchase:

1. Are you registered as a user? If you’re already registered, you can access your account by logging in through the portal at the top right of the shop. If you’re not a user, you can become one by going to Register. But don’t worry, you can leave us your details later during the checkout process.


2. Browse our various sections and pick the model you like best. You can filter by size, colour, season… using the icons at the top of the page to make your browsing that bit easier. Once on a product page, you can see the shoes in all their detail with high-resolution photographs by clicking on the images. When you find a model you like, select the size and click “Buy”.

3. What happens if I can’t find my size? If your size isn’t available you can request it and we’ll let you know if it becomes available again. Click on “My size isn’t available” and leave us your size and email address. We’ll be in touch!

4. You’ve nearly got your Audleys! All that’s left is to fill in your details, if you haven’t logged in as a registered user, and to pick your preferred payment method. If you have logged in as an Audley user with your password, you just need to select your delivery address (you can also add a new one at this point, for example, if you want us to send it to your workplace), and your payment method.


If you need to add a note to accompany your order, such as a specific time or date for delivery, you can do so in the Notes section.

Remember that you’ll need to accept the Privacy Policy before confirming your order.

On the right-hand side of the screen you’ll see the order summary, so you can have one final look-over before clicking Finalise Purchase.

 You’re nearly there…

5. Now, depending on the payment method chosen, you’ll be redirected to the secure payment platform, whether that’s of the bank (card) or Paypal. Enter your details and confirm the payment.

If you have selected Cash on Delivery (only available in certain countries), the payment will be made when the package arrives at your home (this option has a 5% fee). If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we’ll provide you with our bank details in the final step so that you can make the transfer. Once the transfer appears in our bank account, we’ll deliver your order.

6. Voilá, you’ve now made your Audley purchase! In a few minutes you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

The commitment to "Audley fans" has led us to create the service "Audley Tailor Made", that is whether one of our clients looking for a particular model of shoe, a size or color and our team of Customer Service does not find it in any of our clients (shops) near the area where they live, we will offer you the possibility to manufacture exclusively for you and send to the address that best suits you.

Conditions: the return or exchange if you buy a product by Taylor Made is not allowed. The price will be the original without promotions or discounts.
